Paul A. Vanek elected to the Board of Directors of the TSCPA for 2013-2016

HOUSTON, TEXAS (January 24, 2013) - Paul A. Vanek, Managing Member of The Vanek Consultancy Group, LLC, was elected to the Board of Directors of the Texas Society of CPAs ("TSCPA") for 2013-2016.

"I am excited to have been elected to this position, " said Mr. Vanek.  "It is a wonderful honor to be recognized and nominated by my peers in the Society.  I look forward to serving on the Board of the TSCPA.  I believe that a person should give back to the community for the blessings received throughout life."

Mr. Vanek is currently the Treasurer of the Houston CPA Society (the "Society").  He is also the Chair of the Society's Investment Committee and Vice Chair of the Finance Committee.
